The discovery of Taban’s body in Mahyar’s house throws the lives of two families into turmoil. By piecing the evidence together, Adib and Nasrin uncover traces of an old revenge and its connection to past closed cases. In the end, the main suspect gradually emerges from the shadows, and the story enters a dangerous and decisive phase.

Adib is removed from the case before he has come anywhere close to the truth, as pressure from the system pushes him into a dead end. Ismail’s death and Nasrin’s intense emotional turmoil add a bitter, deeply emotional layer to the story, highlighting its human dimensions. The final confrontation between Adib and Bahram reveals that the case is not only unresolved, but has in fact entered a more dangerous and complex phase.

The interrogation of Taha and Bahram reaches a dead end, pushing Adib further away from the truth. Nasrin's desperation forces Adib to cooperate with Khosrow in the search for Aqil— a perilous alliance that, instead of resolving the issue, leads to a disastrous outcome.

After Khosrow gets killed, Aghil contacts Nasrin and threatens her. Meanwhile, Adib, who has returned to work, resumes the case. The search for Aghil continues and new leads are revealed.
